The story of Titanide continues with many projects planned for 2024 and a major effort to better serve our loyal customers. We have decided to evolve our approach by launching a new website directly connected to our inventory and after-sales service. Here’s an overview:

Titanide was acquired by Fuu at the end of 2023. The company, previously based in Saint-Étienne, has relocated to Paris. Significant efforts were required to integrate the inventory, historical records, and expertise in repair and customization. Concurrently, we undertook a comprehensive review of the company's overall operations. Our goal? To effectively manage customer service, repairs, and customization, while also safeguarding your personal data.

Our new website supports all these functionalities, and we are proud to present it to you. Here is a list of the features you can find: 

• Manage your requests through the contact form which ensures thorough handling of your customer service inquiries, customization requests, repair requests, as well as issues with delivery and questions before purchase.
• Access a wide range of e-liquids produced by Fuu and Titanide, with clear and detailed information.
• Access to regular blog articles detailing our projects.
• Ability to leave reviews on products and ask questions.
• Download user manuals
• Soon to be introduced: payment in 3 installments and the option to pay with an American Express card.

However, this new site requires you to recreate a customer account. For reasons of confidentiality and rigorous data management, we chose not to import data from our old site. Therefore, you need to: 

• Create a new customer account using the email address of your choice
• Contact us via the form to request a previous invoice if needed.

We retain the accounting data from the old site, so there's no need to worry.
